Shipping Information

Our office will be closed over the Christmas break from 19 December. Any orders placed after this date will be processed when we return on Monday 13 January 2025.

Shipping costs are calculated on a national standard rate dependent on the weight of the order. We have endeavoured to keep postage to a level that enables more remote locations not be disadvantaged.

If you would prefer to pick up your order in person from our office in Springwood NSW 2777, please select that as the delivery option during checkout and no postage cost will be charged. 

If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please email estore@cen.edu.au to arrange this. We do ship orders internationally, however we can't process these orders through our eStore as the website is unable to accurately calculate postage. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
